We inspected the damage with the homeowner. We took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate the damage within the two rooms. We sealed off the affected area. We set up humidifiers, air filters and air movers. We assessed for mold damage, cutting out the affected materials, bagging and removing from the premise. The house was dry in 5 days! The homeowner was pleased that we could work with their insurance company, NJM Insurance, direct.

Our Project Managers arrived shortly after the Client's call. Our PMs assessed the damages with the Homeowner and explained in detail the plan of remediation. The Homeowner was relieved when she learned we could work and bill her insurance company, directly.
