Why did the customer contact us?

Alex experienced a cooking fire. It left the kitchen covered in soot. He was in need of immediate assistance to remedy this problem. Soot had gone throughout the whole entire house.

Solutions provided:

PDQ responded quickly and brought in a professional cleaning time. A plan was devised on how to best clean the whole place from top to bottom. All surfaces were cleaned until the soot sponge would come back completely white.
