Just came back from a 2 week vacation and couldn't believe what happened! We had a broken pipe. There was water and mold everywhere. My neighbor recommend PDQ and they were out with in the hour. I am very please on how knowledgeable Elizabeth was and even more impressed how professional they handled everything. Our adjuster spoke highly of them as well.

When our Project Managers arrived, they assessed the damages with the Homeowners. They explained their detailed remediation plan. The Homeowners were so glad that we could work and bill their insurance company, Met Life, directly. Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. With the Homeowner's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. The Homeowners were thrilled the only money they had to pay out-of-pocket was their deductible.

We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials. We visited her home, daily to verify the drying process. It took 4 days to completely dry her basement.
