I can't say enough good things about my experience with PDQ Fire & Water Damage Restoration, and especially Mike and Cheryl. Dealing with a fire in your home is overwhelming. From the beginning, Mike treated my family and our home with genuine care and respect. His experience as a retired Firefighter was immediately apparent. He understands fire and smoke damage from years of real-world experience, and that knowledge gave me a great deal of confidence in his assessment of our home. He and his team identified things I hadn't noticed myself, carefully documented the damage, explained what they were seeing, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out, though, was the human side of it. When our refrigerator was out, Mike personally brought over his daughter's college mini fridge for my family to use. That's not something a contract requires. That's simply someone going out of his way to help another family when they're already dealing with enough. I won't forget that. Cheryl has been equally great to work with. She's been responsive, patient, organized, and helpful throughout the process, particularly with documenting the details of our home and working through the reconstruction side of the claim. I also appreciate PDQ's transparency. They've communicated with me while coordinating directly with the insurance adjuster, and I've never felt left out of the process or pressured into decisions. Very processional EXCELLENT work

We had PDQ help us after an exterior fire on our property. This wss the first time this had happened to us and we had no experience dealing with a fire or insurance. PDQ assigned us a project manager Leo Trinidad who took over our project from beginning to end. They came to our house within an hour of us calling to Inspect the damage and give us advice. Leo was on site when they came to clean and when our insurance adjustor and fire inspector came, which was a relief to know there was someone there to help us decipher everything. I would highly recommend.
