Elizabeth is the best! We had a small fire in our basement and it created such as mess everywhere. My insurance company recommended them and Elizabeth came out within 2 hours. She immediately put me at ease. PDQ had 10 employees working the next morning cleaning everything. It took 3 days and I couldn’t be happier with PDQ.

Quick and professional service is what PDQ did for us. We had a family get together and my husband caught our oven on fire. One of the firemen told us we should call PDQ. Our water softener broke in our finished basement and my neighbor recommended PDQ to come out to dry it out. I had no clue the amount of detail that is needed to do it correctly so you will not get mold. Elizabeth and her team were fantastic. The adjuster said they id a great job as well. We had a flood in our basement earlier in November. After the fire department came and gave us their assistance our daughter found PDQ, a remediation company on line and we called that night. They came and stayed till 3 am ridding our floors of the water. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and helped us dry out our things. Management called each day to check on progress and the service team continued to work with us to dry out our home. We appreciate PDQ s professionalism and caring support during this very upsetting time as the loss of our personal items were minimized with their efforts.
