I had a wonderful experience with Kevin cleaning up a horrible horrible mess. He came every day to check the machines. He was here the first night until late, cleaning everything. Elizabeth was terrific! We had a flood in our finished basement and she arrived in les then an hour. After the initial moisture inspection she sat down with me and explained the entire process. We decided to go through insurance and she even helped put in the claim. They were extremely fast and professional. I highly recommend PDQ for any water damage.

Did everything from empty the basement, pulled out affected Sheetrock and carpet, set fans and blowers to dry it up, and even dealt with insurance company. John the technician was beyond outstanding! If you have a water emergency call them!!Beyond amazed at how effective there restoration was.

Excellent company! We had a fire and I didn’t know what to do. I called them, they were at my house within and hour and completely took over. Had a leak from the hot water feed to my dishwasher. Water underneath the laminate floor in the kitchen and the ceiling and walls of the kitchen in the condo unit below me. Called PDQ and Elizabeth had a guy at my house within 30 minutes. Chris was extremely professional, explained everything clearly and began immediately. He stayed until both units were completely cleaned up and dryers in place.

I am definitely one of those people that will only write a remarkable review if it is truly deserved. So here it is...I moved into a home two weeks ago, three days later the main pipe backed up which resulted open drain throughout the house being a mess. It was a Sunday and had to call a Mr. Rooter Man to make an emergency home visit. After he came and drain the pipe, a huge mess was left. I called several different places and everyone wanted a very highly priced amount just to come out and give an estimate. I then came across PDQ and all I could say is, they were literally and figuratively a breath of fresh air! Elizabeth answered the phone and was extremely pleasant and very comforting. Not only was there no charge for coming out for an estimate but the representative John was at my front door within the hour! John who is not only so knowledgeable, but assessed the problem efficiently and thoroughly. He went through a very full description of what needed to be done then gave me a very descriptive detailed diagnosis of what needed to be done going forward. He provided his personal cell phone number with me so if I had any additional questions or concerns he was always reachable. Even when he was on another job his callbacks were quick and prompt. He was actually very helpful with providing other services that were needed to fix and complete this problem. I would absolutely 150% recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their services.Their staff is not only personable, knowledgeable but are quick working! The other companies had me waiting 2 to 3 days before they could even come to give an estimate. This is the second time I have used PDQ Restoration for a disaster. This time we had a small fire in our kitchen and it created soot damage all over the entire house. They came in with a couple of crews and cleaned every inch of the house from the fire damage. Elizabeth was remarkable and kept us in the loop with everything.
