We had a furnace backup at our home in December, and I went into google to find a company that would be able to help with the restoration and found PDQ. From my initial phone call with them, they have been amazing. Mike was great, very knowledgeable and he really put our minds at ease with explaining the process of how everything would work. Chris and Jimmy were also great, always available whenever I had questions. This is not a situation I wish anyone to experience, but I am glad that I had PDQ to help with making my home safe for my family. Highly recommend :)

I seriously cannot recommend PDQ Restoration enough. Although I had the misfortune of needing PDQ's expertise two times within 6 months from two separate unrelated water leaks, I was fortunate enough to have used PDQ for my sink leak and then mold restoration. From the very first call, they were extremely responsive and immediately made me feel at ease during what was honestly a very stressful time. Having to live out of my house during the second remediation felt overwhelming, but they handled everything with so much professionalism and care that it made a huge difference. David and Donny were phenomenal to work with. They always had answers to my questions, constantly communicated with me about the progress of the work, and never once made me feel out of the loop. No matter when I called, they always answered or got back to me right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. What really impressed me was how efficient and thorough they were. It only took them two days to fully remediate my basement, and they handled all the packing and protection of my belongings. They made sure all of my valuables were carefully covered and protected — even on the floor above the mold issue — so I never had to worry about my things being damaged. On top of that, they took care of all the insurance paperwork for me, which was a lifesaver when I already felt like I had too much on my plate. PDQ Restoration truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the care, communication, and quality of work they provided. 5++++ stars!!!

PDQ came through for our firm in a high profile location, with crews on holiday vacation, mobilized within 2 hours and performed professionally, quickly and efficiently. They issued a very detailed report of pre and post findings with photo documentaion as well.I would absolutely recommend them for all of their services.

If it was possible provide a rating higher than 5 I would certainly have done that with PDQ. The team was simply extraordinary at an incredibly stressful time. We experienced a flood in a kitchen and basement in a home in a historic district. The PDQ team was on site 30 minutes after I called the office. David, our Project Manager, was clear, thorough, and compassionate. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company and kept us in the loop at each turn. The team called every morning to ensure that we were ready to receive them and to let us know their time of arrival. They outlined the scope of work everyday, walked us through what was accomplished at the end of each day, and cleaned up exceptionally well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone experiencing damage to a home or business.

If there's a silver lining from finding my basement flooded, it was PDQ. They were amazing. Leo and his crew are the friendliest, hardest working people. They put us instantly at ease, alleviated almost all our stress, and took care of everything needed to get our home back the same. Quickly and efficiently , they removed water, mold, garbage and more. They explained everything in detail to us. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will be very happy to have them back at my home.

We use PDQ for all of our properties. They are very professional and efficient. Mike is very professional and honest. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the restoration process. For any emergencies with our homes, we always call Mike/PDQ and have never been disappointed!

Hunter and the PDQ team were very helpful and honest in their assessment of my issue as well as the necessary remedial scope and resulting project costs. I needed a job done right (and fast) for my moldy bathroom ahead of the holidays and PDQ were able to get me slotted in within a few days of my initial on-site inspection. The technician they sent out, Don, was very thorough and did a wonderful job. Would recommend for anyone with a moldy bathroom, but make sure to ask on the preliminary call if you are within their service area.
