Part 2 , now that the process of having my bathroom and kitchen completed . Carl and his crew went above and beyond. From start to finish. I can’t say enough of how Carl and his son Brandon along with their team helped me through the process and also dealing with the insurance company . I will recommend Carl and his company to satisfy all your needs! Great people great company!

Not sure Chris Baresh and his crew were amazing from start to finish! Chris was extremely professional, helpful, explained everything as we got into the process. He is a real asset to PDQ.The five stars are for Chris Baresh not PDQ. Unfortunately, when it came time for phase two of the job which I was told would be handled by PDQ I was told they are too busy to finish my job because it was too small of a job and I would have to find someone else! That’s not professional! This had nothing to do with Chris Baresh his part of the job was complete and Chris was amazing!!!

We had a horrible claim that occurred at the property that we rented bottom line it was a sprinkler main line not shut off and proceed to flood the entire first floor of the office. Just image a fire hydrant open for almost 2 hours. I was able to get in touch with someone who shut it off as I could not get a hold of anyone at the landlords office. My staff was afraid of getting out of the office... it was up till their knees until they opened the water of the front door. It was a bad situation. Tim the owner and Leo were there and although they were hired by the owner they cared about us the tenants. Their ENTIRE staff worked so hard to reduce the damage that was caused by the sprinkler contractor. They also had another major loss the Sunday into Monday that damaged the third and second floor and the fifth time it leaked in our office same space. Unfortunately, they are no longer working at the site and our space that we rented did not get fully restored before they left. Again PDQ was great I would recommend them to anyone... lets see how this plays out Tim and Leo were our blessing on this bad horrible experience.

PDQ helped me greatly by making sure that areas that were water damaged were professionally dealt with and cleaned and treated to be ready for construction! They came daily to check the equipment and measure the degree of drying! They packed all the contents that were nit damaged, labeled every box and stored them! After coming home from a trip I walked into a flooded basement and garage due to a burst pipe. PDQ come right out and started the dryout and clean up process right away. They were professional and prompt and kept me updated on what they were doing when I was at work. My family had used them before and I would definitely recommend them again. Our basement got almost 2 feet of water during a flash flood. Our experience with PDQ was amazing. I filled out a form online in the evening and someone called me the next morning. Then someone came out to see the damage layer that day. When the clean out was getting overwhelming, Sam and Ivan came and helped us get the rest out then gave the basement a good cleaning. These two guys are literally the best. Thank God that smell was gone. While work is still being done I have to say everyone we have spoken with and worked with has been respectful, empathetic, and hard working. Thanks so much PDQ!

I was unfortunate enough to have my sump pump fail as my septic tank broke and leaked into my crawl space. The stench was unbearable. Even the dogs were visibly bothered. Got PDQ’s contact information from a friend of mine who had a small fire in his attic and as a result, incurred some smoke damage and lots of water damage from the FD extinguishing the fire in addition to the fire damage. No situation is too unique for Mike. I think he’s seen it all. It took him no time at all to come up with a game plan When it came down to sowing the work, they coordinated well with the other contractors to complete the job and they handled all negotiations with the insurance company by themselves. Great business to deal with.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt obligated to do so this time because I was truly impressed with this company!!! My wife was about to lose her mind during this whole ordeal because of the damage , and to make it worse I was out of town for work. Thankfully she dealt with this sales guy Mike or "Michael” who knew his stuff and had the patience to deal with my wife’s hundreds of questions!!! They ended up doing a great job for us and would highly recommend them!!!

Tim was AMAZING! This job was NOT easy. My basement was ruined because a horrible plumber didn’t place anything to catch the poop that ended up in the floor. But after the Tim cleaned up, my basement is not better than it ever was. I would always recommend PDQ and especially Tim. Thanks

We had water damage in our house that destroyed a part of our kitchen ceiling and PDQ came to help us. Mike(sales representative) originally explained how the whole process works and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. Leo(project manager) came out first and started the process to dry up the water, he helped relieve us of the stress that this situation brought. Then came Donny(project manager/teacher) and David(project manager) who were absolutely the best. They came day after day walking us through the process and giving us updates. They were very professional and did all the work to mitigate the water damage without causing additional damage, and they cleaned everything up. What started as a disaster that was extremely stressful is now on the way to full repair. We really appreciate all the work they did and highly recommend these gentleman to anyone in need of any assistance with damage to their home. Additionally, we want to extend a big shout out to Jimmy and his reconstruction crew. He personally drove to our house to inspect everything, and gave us a real time estimate for how long everything would take to complete. He’s crew worked really hard each day to rebuild the damage better than new. We had a friend visit after all the work was done and when told her we had a flood and there was a hole in our ceiling she didn’t believe us because the work was so good. Lastly, Jimmy was in constant communication with us which made the process seem-less. Thank you Jimmy and your crew. Thank you PDQ.
