Simply have to leave a review for this company, PDQ. We had a flood in our basement that caused a lot of damage. As most people know, so much stress and anxiety result from these situations. We were lucky to find PDQ and, specifically, Leo, their project manager. They quickly came in and assessed the damage and got to work. This has been a long process with asbestos removal and dealing with insurance and all I can say is, we could not have gotten through this without PDQ and Leo. Leo has been on top of everything. Communicates with us and goes so far above and beyond to ease every single situation that arises. if you end up in a situation and you come across PDQ as a potential solution, just call and hire them. Literally could not be any happier with everything they’ve done. And Leo is the absolute BEST

While the event that occurred have affected my condo in ways I never expected, PDQ went above and beyond to work with us at every step. You don’t get companies and people that help the way Leo did nowadays. Leo would answer calls and text at all times of the day, no matter how silly my questions are. He made the process as painless as possible and even though their work is done, Leo is still supporting us until all the repairs are done. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

These guys have been amazing! They were here within two hours of me calling them and on site to check in at least once everyday. David did a great job walking me through everything they were doing and why, and the guys were always respectful, organized and let me know exactly what they were going to be doing. Everything was always left very neat and clean each afternoon after they were done working, and now the basement smells better than it did before I ran into the leaky pipes issue that soaked half the basement! I would not hesitate to call them again if needed (though I hope I don’t have to!) and would highly recommend them to anyone finding themself in a sudden and expectedly wet and smelly situation.
