Had water damage throughout my basement and PDQ came the same day and started the process. They set up their equipment and took out the damage. They came everyday after until the basement was completely dry. All the employees were knowledgeable, responsive, and worked hard to get the job done.

Had water damage to a bedroom and the kitchen area and the guys from PDQ were on top of it from the first phone call! Azar and Henry couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant and made the difficult situation super easy, as they guided me step by step through the entire process.

Comment: I feel fortunate to come across great people like Cheryl, Christian, John and many others I do not get names but did an excellent job to help out during my worst time.\r\nThe crew took time and did an excellent job while Cheryl patiently answers all my question, day and night. There was one night I texted her a message at midnight, thought she could pick up next day, only found out she texted me. I was embarrassed. But that is just a small story shows how dedicated she is. Thanks again to PDQ team.

I only review companies when I feel they go above and beyond the normal expectations. In this case, PDQ really impressed me, especially Chris, Cheryl and Leo. Chris and Cheryl gave me peace of mind that my house would be back to normal in no time. Chris and Cheryl were very communicative and meticulous to make sure everything was fixed appropriately. I knew what was happening, when and why. The process was simple, fast and they made it easy considering the unfortunate circumstances.

I recently needed a post-fire cleanup and partnered with PDQ Fire & Water Damage Restoration. Great working with them. Upfront and honest

The team was great and very responsive. They communicated with us along the way to make sure we understood everything that went into their work. The techs were thorough. They treated the situation like this was happening to them, they respected our home and property. While I hope nobody has to deal with water damage, I would recommend PDQ to absolutely everyone.

PDQ was at my home within 45 minutes of the initial call with Lance and he sent a large crew to handle a very large job. Lance’s sense of urgency was refreshing in a time of crisis. Azar took the lead on site and had an excellent customer centric attitude making sure to keep me updated during a 6 day clean up. The damages were extensive and we are devastated, but PDQ was excellent.

Our tech, David, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, informative and diligent. I would highly recommend this company.

Pros: Integrity, Work Ethics, Superior Customer Service PDQ Restoration is a company with a solid business model and uses it from start to finish including the employees they hire and contractors they refer to. Specifically, Project Manager Cheryl Knox is a woman who knows her job and performs it with skill and compassion. Clearly these home emergencies are very stressful for a homeowner and Cheryl manages this by communicating daily with you, sometimes multiple times if necessary , contacting the insurance company and collaborating with contractors then keeping you informed of the progress. I would not have been able to do this project without her skill, guidance and kindness. In addition to Cheryl Knox, I want to mention the following people and companies specifically because they are well deserving and it speaks to the integrity of PDQ's vetting process. Monica and her Team are quick, efficient and completed their part of the clean up to excellence, Chris, David and John worked in a hot, smelly, dirty basement for days, I never heard a complaint and they were always asking me "can we do anything more for you.....is there anything you need ?", Adam's Team from CRDN Textiles took every piece of clothing I own, and returned it cleaned and folded in a box, Clean Air Technologies worked quickly to remove soot from AC ducts, and Frank from Frank's Painting and Home Improvements is in the process of renovation with me now-communicating often, collaborating with the insurance company to explain and advocate for the cost of repairs. Everyone involved in this project has treated me and my home with respect and kindness and for that, I am grateful. This is a company I would recommend without hesitation.

Dave and Leo [with the help of John and Don over these 5 days] have been amazing! Professional, thoughtful and kind in the middle of chaos. The company sent people to check on the job and see how we were all doing also. They have all the insurance stuff taken care of too. Leo, Dave and the other guys were obviously well trained in the clean up, worked into the wee hours when needed and were patient in explaining things to us. Inter personal skills are excellent in challenging times. Just really good people! The water wasn't their fault or ours; stuff happens, but it was a blessing to have them on our team. They truly made the nightmare doable and relieved so my anxiety. We highly recommend them. Our basement is dry and now normalcy begins again. Thank you, guys!

PDQ was quick and professional in helping me deal with a water leak. They were very great at communicating every detail during the ordeal. I would definitely use their services again.
