I can’t speak highly enough for the entire team at PDQ. They were everything we could have hoped for during a time that could have been very stressful. They communicated incredibly well and reassured us along the way to make sure we understood everything that went into both their work and our insurance claim. The techs were thorough and accommodated our schedule whenever they could. They approached every conversation we had along the way with kindness and empathy. While I hope nobody has to deal with water damage, I would recommend PDQ to absolutely everyone.

After we had an incident with the oven fire, I did not know what to do. Until I called PDQ Fire & water restoration! Cheryl walked us through everything very thoroughly. Guided us through the whole process. Cheryl was very responsive and took the matter like it was her own! They also did a phenomenal job cleaning the house. Highly highly recommend if anyone has to go through with restoration of their properties.

If you ever need assistance with cleaning after the fire incident, definitely recommend PDQ. Especially Cheryl was very kind and was professional with every step to get my place cleaned asap. She was here to genuinely help and didn't drag time for this frustrating process. She even reached out to my renter's insurance representative directly in order to save time. While I didn’t end up using this company, the employees are fantastic. I was in contact with Tim, the owner and he continued to help me even after another company took the job, as the insurance sent their people. He loves veterans, and regardless of not working with me he took the time to call me more than once to check in on me and to be sure I was getting the service I needed. 6 stars would be a better discrimination of the service provided by this company.
