We had a pipe freeze break this winter, I reached out to them the night it happened and they were there first thing in the morning to diagnose the situation, deal with insurance, begin to remove any damage and begin drying everything out. I really had no idea what to do but within a few hours they were done. They really are great and I would hate to think about the situation I would be in without their help.

We had a electrical fire in our kitchen and it caused lots of smoke and odor damage. A very good friend of mine recommended PDQ Restoration. Tim and Elizabeth came out that afternoon and were extremely professional and detailed on showing me how far the soot had traveled and explaining the restoration process. They installed machines that night to help eliminate the odor and clean the air. The next day they had 9 people cleaning everything! They spoke to our adjuster and handled everything. Both the adjuster and I were very happy with how they performed the difficult job. Their communication throughout this process was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work ethic and very thorough. My house had a fire and we didn't know how we could remove the soot and fire smell. These guys came in, wasn't pushy, have me the options and completed the job. Great work.

This review is a little late, but I can't say enough good things about these Folks. I'm a professional plumber and have referred many a customer to them, but there came a time when "Hurricane" Ida flooded my house. I contacted the owner like I would about a customer but told her it was my own house, and she put me in touch with someone immediately who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I got the right equipment to get my own home dried out. I had enough water that my pool table was completely submerged, so this wasn't a minor deal, but I can't believe just HOW ON TOP OF THINGS they were to make sure I was properly taken care of. I recommend them to all of my customers when they have an issue, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone reading this review. STELLAR SERVICE, and I'm in the service business. Cheryl coordinated perfectly, John and the team did a spectacular job of cleaning up and setting up dryers to prevent mold.
