Just had a small fire in our oven and it left soot throughout the entire house. Monica and her team were there the same day and used machines to clean the soot out of the air and they cleaned every inch of the home. PDQ also cleaned and deodorized our air ducts! Our house turned out beautiful! I highly recommend PDQ Restoration for fire and smoke damage cleanup.

Elizabeth and the whole team were extremely prompt, responsive and professional. They made a bad situation much easier to deal with and worked directly with our insurance company to coordinate payment. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and PDQ. We had a basement flood and she was there for us in a pinch, with both solutions and moral support. Elizabeth has a calming effect at a time when you feel panic. No one ever wants to need their services, but if you do, you can absolutely trust PDQ.

John at PDQ was prompt and kept me informed of progress with work at home damaged with freezing pipes. I was out of town and Both John and Elizabeth took care of work, insurance, safety and security of thr home while I was away and communicated only via phone. Although I've never even met Tim, I'm certain from our delightful conversation today that he is competent, and I know he's knowledgeable, and cares more for the people who contact him then he does about profits. He spent at least 1/2 hour talking to me about how to handle my situation on many levels ,with sound advice and great encouragement and support. You see, I am a 78 yr old senior, but it didn't seem to stop him (lol) in his effort to help. I would hire him sight unseen, w/o even an estimate visit. He's positive and confident and not afraid to give a reference when needed. You see, he's in New Jersey (my hone state) and I am in Ohio w family. Thanks Tim...I could say so much more....
