Once we arrived at the home in Stillwater, NJ, we thoroughly assessed the damage and communicated the remediation process to the homeowner. We started immediately.
Our IICRC-certified technicians set up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials. We visited her home, daily to verify the drying process. It took 4 days to completely dry her basement.
