More About Wharton

Wharton is a borough in Morris County, New Jersey and can be found in the northern section of the state. The borough was named after a man named Joseph Orton from the Wharton steel company. The population has been increasing since the 90s and it shows a positive incline in the city. Wharton side success and it’s early development due to the or an iron it possessed in the mining industry. The city was right next to the Lehigh canal and that made it easier for miners to transport their coal and iron or to other locations. PDQ came in and documented all spots with mold. After making sure the leaky pipe was properly fixed they began work right away and did some demolition to remove some parts of the ceiling and some parts of the floor that were badly damaged. The rest of the mold was thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed. Antimicrobial spray was used to prevent the growth of any future mold in that area.

PDQ came to the house and placed three air scrubbers and three hydroxyls throughout. A team was brought in of professional cleaners that cleaned the whole entire house using a top down approach making sure to get every square inch of surface. All clothes, bedding, and window curtains were sent out to be professionally cleaned. A HVAC duct cleaning company also came in to clean out the entire system. All soot and odor was eliminated and the house was brought back to its original condition.
