PDQ diagnosed the source and exactly where the water was entering the roof and made sure to have that patched up first. Then PDQ began to set up fans and dehumidifiers in the basement to bring the moisture levels down. The mold was sprayed with antimicrobial and thoroughly scrubbed to ensure it was all gone. All mold was removed and the moisture levels were brought back down.

A professional cleaning team began and cleaned the whole entire house from top to bottom making sure to get rid of all soot. Hydroxyls were placed to ensure the unpleasant odor from the soot was eliminated. Her house was brought back to its original condition.
