Why did the customer contact us?
The homeowner called about a fire in the master bedroom bathroom. The fire caused smoke and soot damage throughout the first floor of the home. Smoke and Soot had filled both the bathroom and the master bedroom.
Solutions provided:
PDQ arrived on site and began to clean, disinfect and sanitize the bathroom. Air scrubbers and HEPA vacuums were used.
PDQ was able to clean the homeowner's contents without having to throw them out.
Due to heavy smoke and soot in the air ducts, PDQ cleaned, sanitized and changed the filters in the HVAC system.
