Why did the customer contact us?

Penelope reached out to PDQ Restoration regarding a mold loss that she experienced at her home. This was due to a water leak in her unfinished basement. It had caused excessive mold growth throughout her basement on most surfaces.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in with a professional team and documented all areas of mold. After this they did any necessary demolition, then they scrubbed all of the effected surfaces. Antimicrobial was sprayed on all surfaces to prevent the growth of future mold. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to bring the moisture levels back down to dry.
