Why did the customer contact us?

Ellie experienced a water loss in her home that was beginning to grow some mold. The cause of the loss was a sump pump in the basement that had backed up. This left a majority of the basement floor covered in water.

Solutions provided:

PDQ first documented the source which was the sump pump. After, all standing water was sucked up. Flood cuts were done along the bottom of the affected walls. Then fans and dehumidifiers were strategically placed to dry up the remaining water. The home was brought back to its original condition.
