Why did the customer contact us?

Christopher experienced a water loss in his basement due to a leaky pipe. This had caused significant water damage in the basement and needed to be addressed immediately before mold would begin to grow.

Solutions provided:

PDQ was able to locate and get the leaky pipe fixed. Once the issue causing the water damage was addressed then began the cleanup and dry out. Multiple hours of content manipulation and documentation was done. Flood cuts were performed except in some areas the entire wall needed to be taken down due to excessive moisture levels. After this fans and dehumidifiers were placed to create a drying chamber.
