Why did the customer contact us?

The Homeowner was referred to us through a friend who had come to us for water intrusion from snow accumulation last winter. The new client experienced a pipe leak in their 1/2 bath on the first floor, which leaked into their finished basement.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived within an hour and a half of received the call from the new client. They inspected the damage, took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate the damage in the home.

Our team bagged and removed the unaffected items and stored them in a dry part of the homeowner's basement. They sealed off the affected area and began setting up the necessary drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers.

Our team bagged and removed all unsalvageable materials and visited the house daily for moisture readings until the house was dry, which took only 3 days! The homeowner was happy with the quick turnaround and pleased that we could work with their Adjuster and insurance, Nationwide, directly.
