Why did the customer contact us?

Luna had a water loss in her home. The cause of this water loss was water had come in through a window due to a severe storm. The storm water left multiple areas in her home damp and wet.

Solutions provided:

PDQ documented the source which was the window where the water had entered. After ensuring the window was properly repaired and reinforced, PDQ began to clean. All standing water was sucked dry, flood cuts were performed, debris was HEPA vacuumed, and fans/dehumidifiers were left. The property was brought back to its original condition.
