Why did the customer contact us?

Zoe reached out to PDQ Restoration regarding a water/mold problem she was experiencing in her attic. Water had gone through several leaks in her roof which had caused both water damage and mold growth that needed to be taken care of.

Solutions provided:

PDQ diagnosed the source and exactly where the water was entering the roof and made sure to have that patched up first. Then PDQ began to set up fans and dehumidifiers in the basement to bring the moisture levels down. The mold was sprayed with antimicrobial and thoroughly scrubbed to ensure it was all gone. All mold was removed and the moisture levels were brought back down.
