Why did the customer contact us?

Ava experienced a water loss in her basement that resulted in heavy mold growth. Multiple spots in her basement were covered in mold. The mold growth was due to a leak in the washing machine.

Solutions provided:

PDQ first made sure the leak was fixed. After this then all of the affected areas were scrubbed clean. Contents was moved around to make sure no spots were missed. At the end antimicrobial was sprayed to further prevent mold growth.
