Why did the customer contact us?

Charlotte experienced a fire loss in her kitchen. The fire began due to a box that was left on the stove and then it was accidentally turned on. It had affected the kitchen, bathroom, and one of the bedrooms.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and documented everything and then began cleaning up the affected contents. A professional cleaning team began and cleaned the whole entire house from top to bottom making sure to get rid of all soot. Hydroxyls were placed to ensure the unpleasant odor from the soot was eliminated. Her house was brought back to its original condition.
