Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner called PDQ Restoration when there was a sewage line break in their basement. The sewage line break caused for water damage and contaminated sewage water to affect the contents in their basement. The homeowner wanted to save as much of their contents possible but was worried about sewage contamination.

Solutions provided:

PDQ arrived on site and started immediate mitigation and cleaning of all standing water and contaminated sewage. This including cleaning and going through all furniture as well. After the emergency mitigation was completed the PDQ team started the initial dry out process by placing commercial drying fans and dehumidifiers. The equipment was left on a scheduled dry out plan until all affected area was dry and sanitized.
