Why did the customer contact us?

Olivia had a water loss in her basement. This was due to a leaky pipe in the ceiling. Water had accumulated in the corner of the basement and started to spread to other parts of the basement.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and extracted all standing water in the basement. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to bring the moisture levels in the basement down. Antimicrobial was sprayed on all affected surfaces in the basement.
