Why did the customer contact us?

An electrical fire broke out in the home office portion of the house. The homeowner reported extensive fire damage, with smoke and soot damage to the remainder of the home. Furniture and belongings were covered in soot.

Solutions provided:

PDQ fully contained the source room of the fire. Installation of air scrubbers and hydroxyl equipment was put in to begin the cleaning process. PDQ prepared the source area for inspection by the insurance adjuster.

The remaining rooms in the home were cleaned with HEPA vacuums. The team cleaned all exposed and unexposed surfaces with dry “chem” sponges and “wet” cleaning tools in order to remove soot accumulation in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Mud Room.
