Why did the customer contact us?

We got a call from a Doctors Office that had experienced a burst pipe in the ceiling of the basement. The ceiling was starting to fall in certain places. The laminate floor was also showing signs for bad water damage.

Solutions provided:

When we arrived on site, there was a lot of debris from the collapsed ceiling which needed to be removed. Fans were set up to begin the drying process. Preparation for ceiling and wall restoration process was begun. All garbage was removed and the area was cleaned and sanitized.
