Why did the customer contact us?

The landlord of the apartment called after being informed from the tenant that a fire had occurred in the unit. Heavy damage from Kitchen fire with Smoke and Soot converting almost every surface. Immediate help was requested.

Solutions provided:

The apartment was basically a total loss. We removed all the appliances and furniture and proceeded to tear out all damaged structural portions within the apartment. PDQ cleaned, sanitized, and removed all the drywall and insulation. HEPA vacuumed and cleaned all remaining surfaces throughout the home. Prepped unit for next stage of the fire restoration process.
