Why did the customer contact us?

A sewage line break caused water in the basement. Placed smelled really bad. The basement was flooded and standing sewage water had damaged the walls.

Solutions provided:

PDQ performed clean up the sewage backup in the basement

This was an Emergency Service Call for a Cat 3 Toxic water situation

Standing sewage water by the sink and by the back toilet was extracted. The area was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

PDQ removed 100 square feet of carpet and removed some other small debris like ceiling tiles and boxes that had been affected.
PDQ made two-foot-high flood cuts in the damaged Sheetrock. Microbial spray was used when finished.

Air Scrubbers and fans were utilized to dry our the basement.
