Why did the customer contact us?
The homeowner called following a fire in the lower level portion of the home. The fire caused extensive, smoke and soot damage throughout the house. The homeowner needed a quick response to the fire disaster.
Solutions provided:
PDQ tore out the source room of the fire, which was the kitchen. Removed walls, ceiling and took out all cabinets and counters. All walls and surfaces were cleaned to completely remove soot in the kitchen and basement.
PDQ cleaned all of the homeowner's contents affected by soot. The kitchen was packed out for evaluation by the homeowner.
