Why did the customer contact us?

Logan had a water loss in his home. This had caused damaged to both his ceiling and hardwood floor. This was caused by a leaky pipe above the ceiling. He was also concerned about the possibility of mold growing.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and documented all areas of damage. After the pipe was fixed, PDQ began to extract all standing water on the floor and removed part of the damaged floor and ceiling. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up and used until the moisture levels went back down to normal. Antimicrobial was sprayed to prevent the possibility of any mold growing.
