Why did the customer contact us?

Grace experienced a mold loss in her basement which was caused by a leaky pipe behind the wall in the bathroom. Mold had begun to grow in multiple areas and was causing a very strong and unpleasant odor.

Solutions provided:

PDQ first made sure that the leaky pipe was taken care of. After all areas of mold were located and marked. Then PDQ scrubbed and cleaned all surfaces containing mold. Antimicrobial was sprayed on these same surfaces to prevent future mold growth.
