Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. Her 2nd floor bathroom had a burst sink fixture, causing water damage to that bathroom, the kitchen, and the partially finished basement below that.

Our Project Managers arrived shortly after the Client's call. Our PMs assessed the damages with the Homeowner and explained in detail the plan of remediation. The Homeowner was relieved when she learned we could work and bill her insurance company, directly.

Our Team started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying her home.

We then packed up her unaffected content and moved it to a POD we set up on her property. We then removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

After the cleaning was complete, we visited her home each day to look after the drying process. The Homeowner was very thankful for the service PDQ Restoration was able to provide.
