Why did the customer contact us?
Kirt experienced a water loss in the laundry room in his basement. This was due to a leaky pipe in the corner of the basement. Water had started to pool and the surrounding walls were damp along with high levels of humidity.
Solutions provided:
A professional crew came in to inspect the scene. A plumber was brought in to fix the leaky pipe which was the only source of water leaking. After, all surrounding water was extracted. Then containment was set up in the basement. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to dry out any water that was left. At the end everything in the affected area was cleaned and all equipment was carefully removed.
