Why did the customer contact us?
Jackson reached out to PDQ Restoration due to a mold problem he was having at his home. The cause of the mold was a leaky pipe above the ceiling which had damaged both the ceiling and the floor beneath it. He was in need of assistance to solve this issue.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and documented all spots with mold. After making sure the leaky pipe was properly fixed they began work right away and did some demolition to remove some parts of the ceiling and some parts of the floor that were badly damaged. The rest of the mold was thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed. Antimicrobial spray was used to prevent the growth of any future mold in that area.
