Job completed for Michael T.

Completion date: February 14, 2022

Location: Randolph, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search after he experienced a flood from the first floor of his home into his basement due to a plumbing problem. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the clean-up, because there was sewage within his home. The ceiling in the hall experienced severe water build-up and fell through to the basement floor.

Solutions provided:

The PDQ team arrived within 45 minutes of their call. This call was of the top priority to our team due to the hazardous waste element. We assessed the damages with the homeowner and explained our plan for remediation. The Client was happy this could be addressed quickly and was also pleased that we could bill their insurance company, Stillwater, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by carefully cleaning up the waste and set up the necssary drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls.

We then sealed off the affected areas and relocated any salvageable items to a dry part of their home. We then removed, bagged and disposed of all affected materials.

We visited their home each day to look after the drying process.
