Why did the customer contact us?

Abigail experienced a water and mold loss in her home. The cause was a leaky pipe in her bedroom that was above the ceiling tiles. It had caused water to leak and mold to eventually grow on the ceiling and surrounding areas that had become damp.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and diagnosed the source and made sure to get that taken care of. All ceiling tiles that were unsalvageable were carefully removed and disposed of. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up to create a drying chamber in the bedroom. Antimicrobial was sprayed to prevent the growth of any future mold.
