Why did the customer contact us?

The initial phone call was about flood in the kitchen due to a water leak coming from the refrigerator. The client needed access to the kitchen as soon as possible and wanted a restoration company that could do the mitigation and remediation of the issue immediately. There was also a concern about mold growth, especially with young children in the house.

Solutions provided:

PDQ stabilized the situation upon arrival. This involved drying all affected areas through extraction and the placement of commercial drying fans. Water damage and mold remediation procedures were initiated. Structural drying services were provided. Proper containment and air scrubbers were used. Repairs were made to the kitchen floor, walls, and garage area.
