Why did the customer contact us?

Ava experienced a severe fire in her home. It was caused due to a grease fire in the kitchen. Fire damage affected all parts of the house and a thick layer of soot was left behind.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and began to clean up. Contents were claimed and other contents were thrown away. Soot was removed from the top down. The HVAC unit was cleaned. The house was brought back to its original condition.
