Why did the customer contact us?

Jack reached out to PDQ to help with a fire loss that he had at his home. The fire had started due to a malfunction in the fireplace in one of the bedrooms. It had caused severe fire and smoke damage throughout the home.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and immediately documented the source along with all affected contents and rooms. The contents was first removed and then the cleaning began. Using a top down approach, every square inch of the house was thoroughly cleaned until no soot was left. Hydroxyls were then placed to get rid of the soot odor.
