Why did the customer contact us?

Levi had a water loss in his home. This was due to the bathroom sink overflowing. It had caused significant water damage in his home as many areas were wet. Contents was also affected.

Solutions provided:

PDQ documented the source along with all affected areas. All of the standing water was removed and then any excess water was dried throughout the use of flood cuts and drying equipment. The fans and dehumidifiers were left for a few days running to dry up all affected areas. Antimicrobial was then sprayed so no mold would grow.
