Why did the customer contact us?

Stella reached out to PDQ due to a large fire that occurred at her home. It was due to an electrical fire that occurred in the bathroom and quickly spread to most of the house.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and documented the source along with all other rooms and contents in the house. After, a professional cleaning team came and cleaned the entirety of the house from top to bottom. The HVAC system was professionally cleaned along with all of the clothes in the closets and dressers were sent to a dry cleaner specializing in smoke damage on clothes. Hydroxyls were then used on each floor of the house to get rid of the sooty odor.
