Why did the customer contact us?

Marvin reached out due to his basement getting flooded with sewage from a backup. A strong odor was present throughout the basement. A lot of standing water was present as well.

Solutions provided:

The basement was dried out by removing all standing water, setting up fans to create a drying chamber, and placing several dehumidifiers throughout. PDQ dealt with the odor by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces that came in contact with the sewage.
