Why did the customer contact us?

Caleb had a mold problem at his home. This mold was due to a pipe that was leaking in his garage. It had caused mold to grow on both the ceiling and floor of his garage. It had also damaged some contents.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came to Caleb's house and took lots of photos for documentation. Affected contents was claimed, moved from the area, and the floor and surrounding wall was deep cleaned. Demolition was done on parts of the ceiling. Fans and dehumidifiers were placed to bring the moisture levels back down to normal.
