Richard was dealing with a sewage problem in his basement. This was due to a main sewer line clog. His entire unfinished basement was covered in sewage.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and extracted all the sewage. After, the floors were thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized. Hydroxyls were placed to eliminate the strong odor.
