Why did the customer contact us?

Michael experienced a fire that occurred in his finished basement. It was a grease fire that started in the kitchen. It left the basement filled with smoke and soot. It also spread to other parts of the house.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed all contents that was significantly damaged from the fire. Then the cleaning began. All rooms were thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. The HVAC system was taken care of, the clothes in all of the closets were brought off site and professionally cleaned. Hydroxyls were placed on each floor of the house to eliminate the smoky odor.
