Why did the customer contact us?

Caroline experienced a puff back that had left her entire house coated in soot from top to bottom. Some concerns were the dangers of the carcinogens in the soot. She was in need of immediate assistance getting this prominent issue resolved in an efficient yet thorough manner.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came to the house and placed three air scrubbers and three hydroxyls throughout. A team was brought in of professional cleaners that cleaned the whole entire house using a top down approach making sure to get every square inch of surface. All clothes, bedding, and window curtains were sent out to be professionally cleaned. A HVAC duct cleaning company also came in to clean out the entire system. All soot and odor was eliminated and the house was brought back to its original condition.
