Lily had a smoke loss at her house. It was due to an electric heater in a bedroom overheating and catching fire. It caused significant fire and smoke damage throughout the home.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in and immediately documented all rooms and items. PDQ brought in a professional cleaning team that used a top down approach to clean every part of the house. Clothes were sent to a drycleaner to get the smoke out of them. The air ducts were professionally cleaned. Non salvageable items were thrown away and salvageable items were cleaned and boxed. Hydroxyls were placed throughout the home to eliminate the odor from the smoke and soot buildup.
